What is wet press?
Wet pressing is the method of producing concrete parts before applying pressure on it. In this process, concrete with a slump range of 19 to 21 enters the production cycle, and after compression and removal of excess water, which is called vacuum, it reaches the slump range of 1-2. This modern method can be used to make all kinds of concrete products such as: concrete curbs, concrete floors, prefabricated parts, etc.

Wet press machine
In recent years, due to the superiority of the wet pressing method over other methods, it has caused variety in the production of wet pressing machines.
The wet press machine is produced in two models
1. Single station 2. Three stations
Three-station machines have higher work efficiency than single-station models, in other words, the production capacity of single-station machines is less than three stations.
This machine consists of four separate systems (mechanical, hydraulic, automation and pneumatic) and the main components of the machine are (main press, hopper, robot harvester, pallet spreader).

After the concrete is made in the batching machine with a slump range between 19 and 20, it is transferred to the silo of the machine and the prepared concrete with a predetermined size is poured into the mold of the machine. Then, by rotating the material table and placing the mold in the press station, the product is placed under a pressure of about 150 to 200 kg/cm2. (This calculation is on a curb with dimensions of 50x50)
At the same time as applying pressure on the product at the press station, vacuum pumps remove water and moisture inside the concrete, which increases the product's strength.
After compression in the first station, the table of the machine rotates and in the unloading station, the product is removed from the machine by the picking robot and placed on the pallet (capacity of each pallet is 6 curb).
Then, by pallet carrier (or lift truck) the finished product enters the curing racks.
And finally, a product with high strength is produced.
