The automatic production line PM425 is capable of producing various types of single-layer and double-layer tiles. The operating system of this device is based on vibration and pressing. The PM425 machine is produced in two types, differing in the shovel part. The shovels are produced in two types: hinged and sliding. For automatic removal, a sliding shovel is needed. The measuring system of this device is manual. For single-layer tiles, the fine sand spreading accessory is not used; only the color spreading and broad color spreading accessories can be connected to the machine, which can be ordered according to customer preference and request. This device is designed to support various mold sizes. Installable molds:

- 30*60, one piece per station
The control panel of this device is available in two modes: full automatic (PLC) and manual system (MANUAL) for emergency use and is installed on the machine.

- The steel sheets used in the machine are ST37 and parts exposed to corrosion are made of hardened CK45 sheets.
- Jack shafts are made of special hard chrome steel from Italy.

- All sensors are HANYOUNG or AUTONICS from Korea.
- Electric panel equipment and control panel are from LS Korea.
- The control system and industrial automation of the machine is via PLC from FATEK or DELTA Korea (SIEMENS Germany upon customer request).
