The automatic production line PM450 is capable of producing various types of single-layer and double-layer mosaics. The machine operates with a vibration and press system. It is manufactured in two models, differing in the type of scraper: either hinged or sliding. A sliding scraper is required for automatic pickup. The measuring system of this machine is automatic. For single-layer mosaics, the sand feeder is not used. Only optional accessories such as the color feeder and color spreader can be connected, based on customer preference.
This machine is designed to support various mold sizes.
Available mold sizes:
- 20×20 – 2 pcs per station
- 30×30 – 2 pcs per station
- 40×40 – 1 pc per station
- 30×60 – 1 pc per station
The control panel is installed with both full automatic (PLC) and manual systems for emergency situations.
- Based on customer order, the machine can be produced with 4, 7, or 8 stations.

- The steel sheets used are ST37, and the parts exposed to corrosion are made from hardened CK45 sheets.
- Jack shafts are made of hard chrome Italian steel.
- The system is designed for compatibility with various working environments and geographic conditions.
- Jack piston tubes are Turkish or Italian.
- Control valves are from DUPLOMATIC Italy.
- Hydraulic hoses are German or Italian.
- All pumps are Iranian for easier maintenance and parts availability.
- Electric motors are from China (can be changed based on customer order).
- Vibrators are OLI from Italy.
- Sensors are from HANYOUNG or AUTONICS Korea.
- Control panel components are from LS Korea.
- PLC automation systems are from FATEK or DELTA Korea (optional SIEMENS Germany).
