The vertical pickup machine handles the process of collecting and transferring mosaic tiles from the mosaic production machine to the pallet. This machine is suitable for tiles with dimensions of 40×40 and 50×50 and for thick (double-layer) tiles. If the tiles are thin, they may deform during the pickup process. It is worth noting that this type of pickup system requires fewer pallets, as tiles are placed vertically; in this case, each pallet can hold approximately 10 square meters of mosaic tiles.

The control panel of this machine is available in two modes: fully automatic (PLC) and manual (MANUAL), for emergency use, and is installed directly on the machine.
