This machine is used for collecting mosaic tiles of various sizes and thicknesses, especially suitable for thin (single-layer) tiles. The horizontal pickup machine features two heads: the first head picks up the tiles from the mosaic production line and places them on the pallet, while the second head performs the unloading operation. One of the main advantages of the horizontal pickup machine is the minimal deformation of the tiles. It is worth mentioning that this type of pickup system requires a large number of pallets, since tiles are placed horizontally. On average, as production begins and tiles are placed inside the steam chamber, at least 300 pallets are needed, as each pallet holds one square meter of mosaic tiles.
